Delivery

Free delivery is available within the UK Mainland , where shipping is provided by our team of experts. If you are outside this area, please contact us at 01916807116 or email us at support@baigfurnishing.com to see if you are eligible for free delivery.

We deliver between 7 am and 5 pm. If you're not available during our delivery times, please be sure to let us know in advance so we can arrange an alternate time for your delivery.

What happens next after placing the order online?
Once you have chosen your desired product, our sales team will take care of your order. A confirmation will be sent through email.

Missed the delivery?

It is essential that someone is home to take delivery on the agreed date.

If we cannot deliver the product on the agreed time, an additional delivery fee will be charged. This is due to the product will go back to the warehouse and will be redelivered the next day.

Your responsibility

The customer is responsible for ensuring that there is sufficient and clear access to receive the delivery. Please let us know if there are any circumstances that might affect delivery; parking restriction, one-way system, townhouse/flat, etc.

Goods removal

Due to Health and Safety Legislations, we are not allowed to remove or dispose of goods from a household. The British Heart Foundation and your local council have information on how you can dispose of unwanted items safely.

Inspect

Once the product is delivered, we recommend inspecting it with the delivery team to ensure that you are happy and satisfied.
